I'm a Realtor® at RE/MAX Gold with over 5 years in the real estate sales business, I've helped many buyers and sellers with their largest financial transaction.  Prior to selling real estate, I owned my own construction company for over 15 years, as the owner I negotiated and procured contracts, negotiated with vendors, coordinated schedules with the homeowners and all trades that were directly or indirectly involved and managed a crew of employees on projects from Hillsborough south to Pebble Beach and over to Pleasanton area.  

Most agents are focused on themselves.  You know how it goes - I'm the #1 agent in whatever, I live in the neighborhood, therefore I'm the "expert", I'm available 25 hours a day.  Really???  Well, that's not me, I'm different.  I'm focused on "YOU".  What is important to me is helping you achieve your goals.  And what I'm hoping is important to you is what I can do to help you achieve your goals.

 The real estate market in the Bay Area is ultra-competitive with approximately 80% of the homes sold receiving multiple offers.  When buyers work with the average agent according to the National Association of Realtors, typically you the buyer will need to make offers and lose between 12 to 14 homes before you finally get the keys to a new home, that's approximately 8%.  Now, let's look at that for a minute, imagine how will that make you feel, how will it make your spouse and if you have a family feel.  You will need to probably look at in the region of 140 plus properties before you will end up with the keys to your new home.  If you get to look at 6 homes per day on the weekends, that's 24 days, or 12 weekends straight.  Now, here is your other option, ME, my track record speaks for itself, buyers who have worked with me in the past, for every 10 offers I present, I get 6 of them accepted the first time with the others being accepted at the most on the 3rd offer.  That is a 60% acceptance rate versus 8% for the average agent.  Yes, you see, I work much differently than the average agent when it comes to helping buyers, just like when I work with seller clientele, my average list to sales price ratio is 109% versus Santa Clara County average of 99.1%.  You see, I use procedures, tools and strategies that other agents either don't know about or can't use due to company policy or they have not been made aware of these documents available to them.
